We offer both Project Management and Construction Management services for all our projects.

Project Management

The Project Management Client Services are headed by Craig Easton, who possesses over 40 years of experience within the construction industry. Craig has an innate capability to identify, select and manage the right design and service consultant teams, and further specific individuals within those teams, to realise and assist in the successful delivery of your desired project.

Weekly project control group meetings are recommended and directed by this specific service, of which the primary focus is to engage with the selected consulting or project team and collectively workshop their proposed design, service, and buildability of a project prior to its physical commencement. This eliminates possible setbacks during construction.

Appropriate costing and progress reporting is provided via the circulation of weekly Project Control Group Meeting Minutes, a fortnightly Project Consultant & Contractor Costs Table, and further Site Progress Photos & Videos if requested to keep the client well informed throughout the project.

Construction

The Construction Management Services are specific to the estimating, coordination, and management of suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project’s construction phase.

This service is headed by a select few members, who have worked alongside and directly for Craig Easton throughout his reputable 40 years of experience within the construction industry.

The construction team upholds well-established relationships with reputable subcontractors and suppliers within the industry, many of whom have assisted greatly in the successful delivery of past and present projects.

Appropriate contractor estimating and costing reporting during the construction phase is presented via a Budget Estimate and Tender Evaluation & Letting Schedule, of which the recommended and competing supplier or subcontractor pricing is listed and cross-checked against the current market, and further contractor trade budget, for verification and complete costing transparency to the client.

Consultancy

Easton also offers a full scope Consultancy service, specialising in property selection, design & consultancy services to take your idea from dream to reality.
